Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your tier at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Upgrades can be applied immediately upon request.
When your monthly radio minutes are exhausted, transmission is temporarily locked until the quota resets at the start of the next month. You can top up, switch tier, or request a manual allowance adjustment.
Usage is tracked as participant minutes per session and can be compared against official Agora usage in the Super Admin dashboard for transparency and reconciliation.

All tiers support unlimited users. Pricing is per organisation, not per user. Add as many guards, supervisors, and controllers as your operation requires.
